Ordering & Confirmation
- Process: To order, view our menu, select your quantities, and provide payment information. Make sure to comment when you are needing the order to arrive.
- Confirmation: Submitting an order online does not guarantee fulfillment. Your order is officially confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from us.
- Timeline: Most orders are confirmed within 72 hours. If you do not receive an email within this window, please check your junk folder or contact us immediately.
- Lead Time: We require a minimum of 5 business days for all orders. Quantities of 6 dozen or more may require additional lead time; please email us to verify availability before purchasing. Most orders will be shipped on Sunday or Monday using a 3rd party carrier.
Payment & Modifications
- Payment: Full payment is due at the time the order is placed.
- Changes: For date changes or special order requests after receiving your acknowledgement, please email us to check for availability.
Delivery & Pickup
- Scheduling: For pickups/meetups in the 34759 zip code, they are typically in the evening hours and will be at a local store parking lot. For deliveries to the greater Orlando area, and within 25 miles of 34759, there will be a minimum delivery charge of $20.00.
- Special Requests: If you require a delivery window outside of these hours, please contact us prior to ordering to ensure we can accommodate your needs..

- Artisanal Nature: All items are handmade; therefore, slight variations in appearance and color are normal and to be expected.
- Cottage Food Operation: Our products are produced in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida’s Food Safety regulations.
