Ordering & Confirmation
- Process: To order, view our menu, select your quantities, choose a delivery date from our calendar, and provide payment information.
- Confirmation: Submitting an order online does not guarantee fulfillment. Your order is officially confirmed onlyupon receipt of a confirmation email from us.
- Timeline: Most orders are confirmed within 72 hours. If you do not receive an email within this window, please check your junk folder or contact us immediately.
- Lead Time: We require a minimum of 5 business days for all orders. Quantities of 6 dozen or more may require additional lead time; please email us to verify availability before purchasing.
Payment & Modifications
- Payment: Full payment is due at the time the order is placed.
- Changes: For date changes or special order requests after receiving your acknowledgement, please email us to check for availability.
Delivery & Pickup
- Scheduling: Deliveries and pickups are typically scheduled between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm.
- Special Requests: If you require a window outside of these hours, please contact us prior to ordering to ensure we can accommodate you.
Product Disclaimer & Liability
- Artisanal Nature: All items are handmade; therefore, slight variations in appearance and color are normal and to be expected.
- Cottage Food Operation: Our products are produced in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida’s Food Safety regulations.
- Allergen Warning: All items are prepared in a kitchen where gluten, dairy, tree nuts, and other common allergens are present.
