Ordering & Confirmation
- Process: To order, view our menu, select your quantities, and provide payment information. Make sure to comment when you are needing the order to arrive as a special note on the checkout page..
- Confirmation: Submitting an order online does not guarantee fulfillment. Your order is officially confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from us.
- Timeline: Most orders are confirmed within 72 hours. If you do not receive an email within this window, please check your junk/spam folder or contact us immediately.
- Lead Time: We require a minimum of 3 business days for all orders. Quantities of 6 dozen or more may require additional lead time; please email us to verify availability before purchasing. If you are in need of an order prior to the 3 day lead time, contact us to check our availability as we do fill up. Most orders will be shipped on Sunday or Monday using a 3rd party carrier. Remember to add the date you need the order to arrive on the check out page.
Payment & Modifications
- Payment: Full payment is due at the time the order is placed.
- Changes: For date changes or special order requests after receiving your acknowledgement, please email us to check for availability.
Delivery & Pickup
- Scheduling: For pickups/meetups in the Poinciana area, a secure location will be selected, These are typically in the evening hours. For resort/hotel deliveries to the greater Orlando area, and within 25 miles of 34759, there will be a minimum delivery charge of $15.00.
- Solivita residents, there is no charge to deliver to your home. Contact us for the coupon code to apply at checkout.
- Special Requests: If you require a delivery window outside of these hours, please contact us prior to ordering to ensure we can accommodate your needs..
